Founded by Shawn Duffy
Shawn Duffy is a global cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience spanning offensive security, red teaming, threat exposure management, and C-suite advisory.
Prior to founding Rath Meridian, Shawn served as Managing Director & Global Lead for Offensive Security at a large consulting firm. In this role, he orchestrated the integration of several international security firms into one of the world's largest offensive security organizations, leading over 1,000 elite security professionals across 30+ countries.
Throughout his career, Shawn has personally advised executive teams and boards at top-tier global enterprises across financial services, energy, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, and technology.
Having built, scaled, and led high-stakes red teams and adversary engagement practices globally, he brings a unique capability: translating complex, modern threat domains (such as cloud security, application security, and AI/GenAI risk) into clear, decision-ready strategy for senior executives.
